cheeseburger on my way home from evening work events.

My former modeling agent recently told me, "Skinny people have the worst diets. Jennifer, you could live off Pop-Tarts." She, of course, has always eaten extremely well and shares her 30 day cleanse program on Facebook. When I asked her about it six months ago, I was super curious. Little did I know I'd have a future muffin top and would really need to study her program.

So, what’s next?

What we do with the best of intentions and advice is obviously in our own hands. It's time to rein in the diet and dial up the conditioning. I know what to do- but drinking great wine and eating cheese are so much fun...

see how much I'd lose from 9am to 9pm in any given day. The pants that I could barely button a week after having my son Graham I no longer had to unbutton to take off a few days later.

I'm also the one who drove to the lake house immediately following the two-week newborn checkups so I could spend my months of maternity leave at my favorite place on earth.

I wore a bikini 2 weeks after my second son, Chase, was born and stood on the dock waiting for my mom to pull me waterskiing. A boat came through the channel so we waited for it to pass before we took off. The friends in the boat yelled to Mom, "So any news from Jenn? Has she had the baby yet?" My mom pointed to me on the dock. I waved. "Noooo way!!", they shouted. (Yes way- but it's crazy, right?)

I've always been able to eat a lot. An appetite for life manifests largely with food and I can out-eat all of my friends...especially my sister who told me "Jenn, when you turn 40, that's when you'll have to watch it". Well 40 came in the blink of an eye and I was still cruising the drive-thru for a double cheeseburger on my way home from evening work events.
