The newest restaurant on the list, UMMO features contemporary Italian cuisine. We recently hosted our kids dining club event there and the food received rave reviews from our crew with discriminating palates, but the standout dish was UMMO’s ARANCINI AL TARTUFO which are Sicilian rice fritters, consisting of porcini mushrooms, Taleggio D.O.P. cheese, and parmigiano fonduta. It appears to be one of the favorite “antipasti’s” on the menu and Chef Jose Sosa’s restaurant is poised for success.
