Ingredients:
•1 Package of 15 Mini Phyllo Cups
•¾ pounds Triple Cream Brie Cheese
•⅓ cups Fig Preserve
•15 whole Untoasted Almond Slices
•15 leaves Fresh Thyme
Directions:
1Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2Arrange the phyllo cups on a baking sheet. Fill each phyllo cup with about 1 teaspoon of brie cheese and then 1/2 teaspoon of apricot jam. Top each phyllo cup with 1 sliced almond.
3Bake for 6–7 minutes, or until brie is melted and appetizer is heated through. Garnish each phyllo cup with fresh thyme.
