Ingredients:
•1 lb fresh cranberries, washed
•3/4 cup sugar
•1/2 cup roughly chopped, fresh basil leaves
•Finely chopped fresh basil, for garnish
•2 baguettes, sliced into 1/4-1/2 inches
•1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
•Sea Salt
•Fresh cracked black pepper
•8 oz cream cheeses, softened
Directions:
1.Brush bread with olive oil, season lightly with sea salt and pepper. Broil on high until brown 6-10 minutes
2.Place cranberries and sugar in a food processor and pulse a few times.
3.Add basil leaves and pulse a few more times until cranberries are coarsely chopped.
4.Mix in pomegranate arils
5.Whisk the cream cheese until creamy
6.Spread approximately 1 tsp cream cheese onto each crostini
7.Top with relish and garnish with fresh basil
