We’re always hard at work preparing for our upcoming cover issues, but we have a lot of fun doing it. It’s very hard to select photos that will make it into each spread, so we decided to share some of the fun we had behind the scenes eating and highlighting our featured chefs, Dominique Leach and Mona Sang, this month at Lexington Betty Smokehouse and Khmai Cambodian Fine Dining.
