This restaurant is famous not only because of its delicious food but also mainly because of its “theme”. Every piece of decoration is like a visual guide to a variety of condoms. The mannequins at the entrance are clad in dresses made of prophylactics. Each guest gets a “Safety Sex” introduction card when seated and is given a condom in lieu of dinner mints at the end of the meal. It could be the first time that you sit in a restaurant where your focus is not on your food since there is no place to rest your eyes while having your meal!

What leaves me the most unforgettable impression here is not only their 14-dish taste-safari food, but also the authentic African entertainment and experience. It feels much more than just an African restaurant – before dinner, it started with a praise singing as a welcome, then all guests were encouraged to join in learning djembe drums and dancing to the rhythms of the marimba percussion. During dinner, we were swept up in the excitement of archetypal African stories told through performance. Guests can even have their faces painted in a traditional look. Believe me, the enthusiasm and excitement will stay with you for a couple days after you slowly realize what you have experienced from “just a dinner”!

Here is a dive destination resort with the freshest local seafood ever! Every morning during breakfast, there are several local fishermen selling their early morning catch. We would just purchase our favourites, hand them over to the chef at the restaurant and request the “custom-made” taste which we loved to have. After we returned from two morning dives, our customized seafood would be served on the table. It is pure heaven for seafood-loving-divers. Don’t miss it!
