A few years ago, my family was hit hard with one of our own struggling with an addiction problem which stemmed from an underlying mental illness that I don’t think they ever even knew they had. I now have seen firsthand how debilitating addiction and mental illness can be, not only to the person suffering from it, but all of those around them as well. I began searching for any help or connections I could find to give comfort, advice, information, anything…and I found Hope For The Day. HFTD is a non-profit movement empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education. The holidays can be one of the hardest times of the year for so many people which is why I chose to launch the SGXOXO Virtual Showroom where I will be donating 10% of all sales through December 31st to HFTD!

The holiday season is fast approaching and although it will most likely be looking a little different than years past, it is still a time to spread cheer to those you love. We are all searching for ways to hold onto the traditions that we hold dear while continuing to keep ourselves and loved ones safe. Everyone is celebrating in their own way this year, but one tradition that remains is the chance to give thoughtful gifts to friends and family near and far. As Black Friday and Cyber Monday approach, I urge you to celebrate Small Business Saturday and Giving Tuesday instead! Now more than ever it is so vital to support local businesses to keep them thriving through this difficult time in history and shopping

online at your favorite local businesses is a great way to show your support, spread the love and put a smile on someone’s face!

The SGXOXO Virtual Showroom is an online shop-able collection of my very favorite, handpicked, local designer pieces! 100% of the showroom is locally made and I will be donating 10% of all online sales through December 31st to Hope For The Day!

Shop local, shop for a cause and shop from home for the holidays!
