oAnn Fakhouri is redefining how dessert is made for those with digestive issues. Vegan and Gluten-free has never tasted so good, – until now. The Chicago native, has honed her culinary talents to create what many thought impossible: a great tasting cheesecake for the digestively challenged. With over 65% of the world’s population being gluten or dairy intolerant, Fakhouri drew her inspiration from her own experiences with food allergies:

“The struggle is real! Growing up I developed food allergies to gluten and dairy that caused migraines and stomach pain. Because I craved cheesecake, I wanted to create one that tasted 'real,' – sweet and creamy – and not like the dry, chalky 'diet alternatives' on the market.”

Seeking out the perfect ingredients, Fakhouri's quest culminated in one amazing dessert sensation, known as “The Best F*ing Cheesecake Ever!” – giving cheesecake lovers of all ages a new, playful spin on the trifecta of the “F,” which stands for “Free” of gluten, dairy, and animal products.
