s winter approaches we are all looking forward to fuzzy socks, movie night,
sitting next to a warm fire and a cup
of warm cocoa. What is cocoa? The
food of the gods, the fruit, the bean
and the bar you crave. The dark brown powder is extracted from cocoa beans
and becomes cocoa powder. Besides satisfying your sweet tooth, it is also
used to beautify your skin. Cocoa
helps repair the skin, exfoliates,
reduces acne and is loaded with
anti-oxidants that prevent wrinkles.
Did you know that cocoa powder is
used in lots of high-end beauty
products? Well you can now make
them in the comfort of your own
home. Kitchen for cosmetics?
Definitely! Here are some of the
many easy to make beauty products I discovered that were finger licking
good.
Bronzer- add arrowroot and apply as
you would any bronzer with a full bronzer
or kabuki brush
Eyeshadow Crease- add arrowroot, brush
on eyelid crease with a crease brush
Body Glow- add coconut oil and massage
into skin
Exfoliator- add brown sugar & olive oil and apply in a circular motion to remove dead skin
