his year is a big one
for change, but I’m
trying not to
overwhelm myself with massive goals or unrealistic expectations. Instead, I’m focusing on small, intentional shifts—reasonable and attainable changes that build momentum over time.
Now that we’re in the third month of 2025, I’m looking back
at the first two months to celebrate what I’ve accomplished and reset my path for March and beyond. Change is hard. But what if small, deliberate steps could shift us from simply surviving to truly thriving?
I’m great at cheering on my friends and family, but when it comes to celebrating my own wins, I fall short. Recognizing this, I’m working on making small adjustments to change that. Sometimes, that means taking time to meditate or sit with uncomfortable emotions. Other times, it’s about putting myself out there—especially when it comes to networking and growing my small business. I love networking when it’s about helping others, but when it comes to advocating for myself, I hesitate. Sound familiar?
