DC: Given your earned international success, share three tips for any aspiring photographer that is hoping to build a promising career.
NB: First and foremost believe in yourself. This is probably the single most difficult thing for most aspiring artists. We live in a world that dictates that “likes" and “hearts” make you a success, when in reality to be truly successful it matters less what everybody else feels but how you feel and react to your art. Remember that you are a story teller so look for stories in everything and everybody you work with. Even in the most unlikely places and with what seems like the dullest subject there are stories to be told and wisdom to be learned. Stop and smell the roses, live in the moment and enjoy it. Being present is crucial to being plugged in to the zeitgeist of the day and appreciating what you have no matter where, when or who you are with.
