DC: You were a featured judge and photographer for many years on the reality show America’s Next Top Model (ANTM), what three things did you learn from working with models, designers, and other artists that helped you to become better at your craft?
NB: Everyday on ANTM was a learning experience. It was impressive to watch and learn how to produce an episode of the show; each week and every cycle getting more efficient, streamlined and better. From Tyra Banks I learned to multi task; her ability to wear both the producer and talent hat was amazing. Every detail of the show was overseen by Tyra and simultaneously she worked as the host and ran her businesses. She inspired me to do the same. One of my big takeaways from Top Model was that if you commit and do the work great things are possible.
