fear and a stronghold of anxiety in our society. Since the global pandemic in 2020, the government imposed a national
quarantine and mandatory mask mandate, there was a short supply of essential goods, and the change in our daily routine of "normalcy" contributed to the increased fears, anxiety, and confusion of everyday Americans.
According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, Anxiety disorders are the most common mental health issue in the US, affecting 40 million adults aged 18 and older, that's 18.1% of the population every year. Mental Health awareness has been brought to the forefront and we are learning that people need to understand and heal from anxiety.
