which means beauty does not exist on its own but is created by observers.
What does this really mean to you?
Do women compare themselves to the standards of beauty and the perception that social media and entertainment industries perceive? How does the entertainment industry impact every-one’s self esteem?
The beauty industry has gone from beauty blurring primers to beauty filters to make everyone look perfect. Trust me, we are all guilty of
wanting and
trying
perfection but all that does is make us feel worse about ourselves. What is perfection if having absolutely no flaws unrealistic?
After asking around, the majority of the people felt that what makes everyone beautiful is being different and not so perfect. We all agree that beauty on the inside (caring, loving, kind, real, etc.) brings out beauty on the outside. Let’s encourage ourselves and others to keep it real.
