van at this music festival I’m
working on?”
My former roommate, Katy, had landed a job as the Ground Transportation Director for Divide Festival in Winter Park, Colorado. As such, she was looking for a couple of folks to drive bands and their crews from the airport to the gig site. A week in the mountains with one of my best friends sounded like a hoot. The fact that Blondie was the headliner and I might get to meet Debbie Harry on one of my airport pickups would be a bonus.
