Nicole Fisher is the Founder and CEO at HHR Strategies, a health care and human rights focused advising firm. She is a Senior Policy Advisor for federal and state officials and an expert on health reform. Nicole runs a Health Innovation and Policy page at Forbes highlighting and advising companies, ideas and people that are changing the health care landscape. She is currently finishing her PhD at the University of North Carolina in the Health Policy and Management Department. Nicole earned her Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and her undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri.

Alex Dorfman is a FLM intern and in her third year at Tufts University. She is majoring in English and is an op-ed contributor to the Tufts Daily. Alex is spending her next semester studying abroad in Spain and is documenting her travels and adventures throughout Europe over the next few months. Her favorite pastimes include horseback riding, reading, and eating cupcakes.

Kamerin Chambers is a Chicago native, the Founder & Editor of Where's She Going? travel blog, a Marketing & Communications professional and iStock photographer. She's a true expat at heart and plans to one day take a leap of faith and live overseas for a few years. Her blog's main intent is to inspire everyday multi-passionate professionals to explore their freedom to begin living the exact life they want to live today.

Claudia Parker is the author of Becoming a Mother While Losing My Own and Children’s Church with a Preschool Pastor. She’s also a freelance journalist and correspondent reporter for The Reporter newspaper. Claudia shares stories on paper and through the lens of her camera, she owns and operates Claudia Parker Portraits. She obtained a B.A. from Benedictine University and an M.B.A from St. Xavier University.

Lauren Lupinski is a 21-year-old from the metro-Detroit area. She moved to Chicago to pursue an education in fashion business at Columbia College-Chicago. Lauren was also given the opportunity to study abroad in Adelaide, Australia at Flinders University. While abroad Lauren fell in love with travel and the wonderful opportunities it presents to meet new people, experience different cultures, and glimpse new surroundings. In between her studies and interning responsibilities, Lauren enjoys exploring the neighborhoods of Chicago with friends, trying new foods, and being active. Lauren hopes to work for an eco-friendly fashion company after graduation, to help bring environmental sustainability to the forefront of fashion.

A Chicago native, Jorie Gillis is a creative strategist, visual artist and philanthropist. She spent her career marketing and advertising. Her art includes oil and acrylic painting, pencil, charcoal and cray-pas, print-making and more. Jorie enjoys traveling, crediting her solo travels for some of her biggest moments of growth. While recently living in Milan, Italy, her passion for history, design and textiles heightened, as did her love and knowledge of Italian food and language. After beating cancer nearly six years ago, Jorie founded The Arts of Courage Project, whose mission is to create empowering opportunities for cancer survivors to express themselves artistically through Art Auctions, Yoga, and Cards of Courage.
