Practicing all of these steps will help you to develop an appreciation for your unique nature. When you regularly consider your relationship with yourself, you deepen this connection and the awareness of how amazing you truly are. My personal mentor and teacher Mary Morrissey, taught me a great mantra to support the development of a healthy relationship with yourself, “Everyday in everyway, I’m getting better and better.” Saying this regularly will start to seep into your subconscious and you will begin to believe it, if you don’t already!
