I never set out to build an agency. For years, I simply loved creating—photography, storytelling, beautiful spaces,
and sharing experiences that inspired me. The turning point came when I realized brands weren't just hiring me because I had an audience. They were hiring me because they needed compelling content and a point of view. Over time, I found myself creative directing shoots, developing concepts, styling imagery, writing narratives, and
helping brands shape perception. That's when I realized there was an opportunity to offer something bigger than influencer marketing. Paz & Co was born from the belief that great storytelling creates value long after a post disappears from a feed. Today, we help hospitality, lifestyle, and luxury brands create content that feels cinematic, intentional, and emotionally resonant.
