Facing the CN Tower

I’m not a fan of heights, but I pushed past my fears to ride up the iconic CN Tower. The panoramic views were breathtaking. While I passed on the adrenaline-junkie EdgeWalk, seeing Toronto from 116 stories up gave me a newfound appreciation for the city’s expansive skyline.

Dinner at Miss Likklemore’s

Dinner that night was at Miss Likklemore’s, a haute Caribbean dining house that blends regional flavors with global influences. Highlights included Salt Cod Fritters, Braised Oxtail, and Short Ribs paired with their signature Thyme Flies cocktail. Vibrant, rich, and unapologetically flavorful.

If you know anything about Toronto’s diverse population then you know that the city has a huge Carribean presence. Miss Likklemore’s is Toronto’s first haute Caribbean-inspired dining house, bringing with her a culinary mash up of regional & sub regional flavours and ingredients. Try their craft cocktails especially the THYME FLIES, a likkle twist on a traditional paloma.
