What first drew you both to hospitality and club culture? What keeps you inspired today?
BB Jorjadze:
My love for hospitality began in Georgia, where guests are treated as sacred. That belief has guided me throughout my life. When I moved to the U.S., entering the hospitality world felt like a natural extension of how I was raised. Today, it’s about more than service—it’s about creating moments that matter. That’s what keeps me inspired: building a space where people feel seen, celebrated, and connected.
Yasmeen Tadia:
My journey started in corporate America, as Director of HR for New York City’s largest hotel group. After launching Make Your Life Sweeter®, I missed that sense of refined, intentional service. When I discovered Tower Club in 2019, it felt like home. Now on the Board of Governors, I help shape the experiences that bring that magic to others. The view inspires, but it’s the people that make it special.
