The 2025 National Restaurant Association Show reinforced its position as North America’s premier foodservice event. The show brought together leading professionals to explore innovations, sample bold flavors, and engage in meaningful dialogue on pressing industry issues—labor, sustainability, digital transformation, and off-premises dining.
Over 53,000 foodservice professionals from across the U.S. and internationally gathered at the event, featured approximately 2,300 exhibitors, including more than 800 debuting companies, showcasing innovations across 900 product categories.
The show spotlighted renowned culinary leaders through demos, keynotes, and interactive sessions lik Carla Hall (chef, author, TV host) who shared her compelling journey from accountant to culinary icon.
Celebrity and award-winning chefs featured in cooking demonstrations, including: Nina Compton – Saltfish ackee & dumplings demo, Eric Adjepong, Pyet DeSpain, Nyesha Arrington, Rick Bayless, Jet Tila, and Jonathon Sawyer—among others—on The Culinary Experience stage.
The Food & Beverage (FABI) Awards recognized 39 standout products, with tastings and demos available on the showroom floor.
Over 45 operator-led sessions incorporating six educational tracks—Culinary, Technology, Marketing, Workforce, Beverage, and Operations.
