Boutique, eco hotels that not only think about their bottom line (profit), but also the people (their team), place (local community) and the planet. And not just greenwashing, when they recommend you don’t change your towels and sheets every day – I mean like having pigs on the property that produce enough methane gas to power the staff’s kitchen stove.
