everyone is well. As we
start to see a slight re-
opening of the City of Chicago, Cook County and the State of Illinois from the ravages of COVID-19, we have to all take a look at the other huge disparity in our Social System and the U.S. Justice System.

Being blessed with the skill, experience, and knowledge I possess as a Financial Lifestyle Expert, I also fully recognize every day the disparities which truly exist in our economic and justice system. Frankly, those disparities have been put under the social microscope more in the last 120 days than I can remember in my adult lifetime… and there is a reason for this scrutiny! With all the progress and gains and wonderful accomplishments by Black Americans and other people of color, single moms, members of our LGBTQ, and Citizens with Disabilities communities, America has had to face the reality brought to us by COVID-19 and the outcry from George Floyd’s death. That reality is the American lifestyle has HUGE disparities, and it is not because the members of any of the above-mentioned groups are any less than the “self- labeled” majority communities. It is without any question or debate due to how our social, educational, employment, housing, healthcare, access to capital/banking and most-certainly justice systems have always been tilted toward the benefit of the majority communities. The result of it and the data backs it up.
