Fete Lifestyle Magazine July 2026 - Summer Ease & Joy | Page 36

What are some ways people can create meaningful moments and memories with the people they love this summer?

Keep it simple.

Eat dinner outside.

Watch the sunset.

Play cards.

Go for a walk.

Take the boat out.

Turn off your phones for an evening.

Ask your parents or grandparents questions you've never asked before.

Take lots of pictures, but don't forget to be in them.

The goal isn't to create a perfect summer.

The goal is to create Memory Moments.

Because one day those ordinary afternoons may become someone's favorite story.

When someone joins The Comfort Club, what do you hope they experience and take with them long after the conversation ends?

More than anything, I hope they leave with hope.

Hope that healing is possible, and sharing their story will always be a part of the journey.

Hope that it's okay to laugh

again.

Hope that love never ends.

Hope that God is walking beside them, even on the days they can't feel Him.

And I hope they begin noticing the beautiful Memory Moments all around them.

Those meaningful moments that remind us, the people we love will always be part of our story, that they are forever in God's care, and that His love, together with all of the love we experience on Earth, continues to surround us in ways both big

and small.

That's the heart of Together at Peace.

Helping people discover that even in grief, there is still hope, there is still purpose, and there is always peace.

What stays with me most about my conversation with Christine Marzullo is the reminder that some of life’s greatest gifts are found in the moments we often overlook. In a season that encourages us to slow down and spend time with the people we love, her perspective invites us to be more intentional with our presence, our relationships, and the memories we’re creating each day.
