Using the words I choose to, empowers you to make a decision and stand on it.

For example, “I accomplished my goal, but it took years.” Instead say, “I accomplished my goal and it took years.”
Using the word and, allows you to validate your thoughts, feelings and actions.

Using the words It’s not a priority right now, implies you are open to this experience in the future.

For example, “What if I don’t get the job?” Instead say, “How can I get the job?”
Using the words how can I, you create possibilities and opportunities"

Using the words I know expresses certainty.

For example, “If I get married, then I will buy a house.” Instead say, “When I get married, I will buy a house.”
Using the word when, creates expectations of having what you want and anticipates possibilities.
Being mindful of how you talk to yourself and what you think about yourself are key to your joy. Using words that feel good, words that create positive expectations, and words that validate your worthiness are life changing. You can begin to create more abundance in your life by speaking words intentionally that focus on what is good and what you feel grateful for. You deserve joy. Speak it into existence. Be intentional with your words so that you begin to create a life that reflects your greatness!
