For those looking to venture into areas in South Florida with less density and lower prices, Hillsboro Beach and Pompano Beach are great choices. They are both beachfront communities offering a wide variety of culture, cuisine and activities both on and off the water. Plus, both towns are attracting a lot of Midwesterners, especially Chicagoans.
