Freedom to choose where you want to live rather than allowing your job to dictate your home is a beautiful thing.

Voice messaging through services like Whatsapp and the ability to FaceTime with loved ones you hold dear is an incredible blessing when you live hundreds or thousands of miles apart. While there is always something special about physically being together, these advanced technologies allow you to hear someone’s voice or see their face in an instant whenever you want. And maintaining those close bonds from a long distance is much easier than ever before.

If you’re working toward health improvements, you can now buy something as convenient as a watch, that will track things like the number of steps you take in a day,

your calorie intake and your heart rate. The value of these

types of tools are immeasurable when trying to

achieve a specific goal.

Is Is it possible, rather than demonizing the

volume and variety of technology today, we

could all focus a little more on promoting balance?

Surely it’s annoying when someone’s face is buried in their iPhone at the dinner table, there’s no doubt.
