There are many ways to reset. Commit to a few and see for yourself:
1. Change your routine. Instead of reaching for your phone first thing in the morning, say thank you for being alive. Start your morning routine with 5 minutes of prayer, listen to music while you dress, take 5 minutes to pray, take 5 minutes in silence, start your morning with a gratitude journal, set your intention for the day, meditate for 5 minutes, get dressed as if you are going into the office even when you work from home or take a different route to work. Fast for 1 day or fast from social media for 1 day. Create an evening routine that provides time to reflect on what was good about your day. Fall asleep with healing frequency music.
2. Change your environment. Move your furniture around, simplify your space, add more color to your decor, hang words of affirmation on your walls, art, or photos, create a space of peace, dim your lights or change the color of your light bulb, add an essential oil diffuser, display flowers or plants, redecorate. Spend more time outside, being intentional about getting more sunlight to reset your circadian rhythm, walk or ride your bike to work if you are close, or travel outside of your city, state or country. Read at the library, sit for an hour at a coffee shop or cafe, go on a retreat.
3. Change your style. Try a new hair style or cut, a new hair color, part your hair on the side or middle, change your wardrobe, try a new style of dress or jewelry, try new makeup colors or styles, new nail designs, new body scents, practice a perfectly aligned posture, try a new workout, new ways to move your body, or new music.
