What impact do you hope Messy Lola has on audiences—and on the industry watching closely?
I hope Messy Lola makes audiences laugh most importantly. I want people to feel seen or reflected but I think I want more so for people to feel challenged. For the industry watching? I hope it makes the old model nervous. I hope it proves that when you center authentic stories and trust the audience's intelligence, you don't just get critical praise—you build a devoted community. The industry should look at our model and ask, "Why aren't we doing this everywhere?"
