LUXURY TRAVEL & GOLDEN SERVICE
Meet Elite Concierge Philippe Gills at the Langham Hotel
here’s no doubt
that travel is
back. During the
2022 holidays we saw record breaking numbers for Americans traveling which exceeded pre pandemic levels. People were keen on getting back home to visit their loved ones, rebooked vacations that were canceled, and ventured off for a brief getaway to escape the elements in some parts of the country. It’s evident that most of us still want to feel confident about hopping on a plane and congregating in large crowds without donning a mask or getting sick, but nonetheless, tourism and travel is back and folks are making a point to live their lives without fear.
With the new year comes predictions on what lifestyle trends we should expect to see. Even though inflation has stymied some of our spending in a number of ways, and airline tickets have gone through the roof, expect luxury travel to still be a trend in 2023. According to Virtuoso, a global travel agency network, travelers are ready and willing to spend more in 2023 to discover new experiences and share them with family and friends. Some of the travel trends we will see surround wellness, solo travel, art, glamping, and cultural experiences. However, traveling to big cities like, Chicago, New York, Miami, and LA will still be very popular, and more and more folks are eager to stay in the best hotel at their destination.
