New Year
Resolutions
people mindfully build a list of goals they want to accomplish. What do you want to accomplish in 2023? To be healthier, exercise more, lose some of the holiday weight, start fresh and feel motivated to stay on track with routines? What could be more rewarding than staying on track? For myself after going through a long football season with my son and adjusting to different weather temperatures that tend to dry out my skin, the goal this year is to keep looking young and tackle those lines and wrinkles with ultimate hydration. One thing I learned this past year is that making tweaks in your lifestyle can go a long way with your skin routine. Prioritizing beauty sleep helps you combat dark circles under your eyes and helps generate youthful skin cells. Drinking lots of water helps your skin stay more supple and youthful. Let’s be honest as beauty lovers, we are all expected to follow our daily skincare beauty routines but we get lazy, tired, and sometimes tend to fall off the wagon.
Let’s vow all year to keep on track with our beauty routines! Here are some minimalist daily routines that has less to do with products or trends and more to do with consistency.

1. Cleanse your skin daily (remove makeup, let your skin breathe)
2. Exfoliate (once a week)
3. Protect SPF 9 (daily)
4. Moisturize (a couple times a day)
5. Massage your skin (practice facial yoga before bed)
6. Drink more water (throughout the day)
7. Get more sleep (go to bed early)
January can be a bit dull, so let’s keep our skin glowing!
