People ask me all the time what was the hardest part about retiring from the NBA. My answer is this. You have to grow up and become an adult. The NBA has been your parent for years. It took care of everything. Now it's on you.
What advice would you give to other fathers in general raising children in today’s world?

7. Support them in their dreams.
