I’ve invested in restaurants for a while, and then I met (chef) Stephen several years ago in one of his amazing establishments. We immediately formed a friendship, which then evolved into a business relationship when this opportunity to open Signature presented itself. Our goal was to set a new standard for the sports bar experience through culture, cuisine, beverage, and atmosphere. It’s about creating memorable moments for our guests whether they are sports enthusiasts or food connoisseurs.
We also believe in giving back to the community that has given us so much. Signature is dedicated to making a positive impact beyond its doors. We are committed to elevating the entire ecosystem of minority restaurant owners using our experience as entrepreneurs. Our goal is to be a support to existing restaurant owners and contribute to the vibrant culinary mosaic of Chicago. Signature is committed to sustainability and community engagement and will actively contribute to local initiatives.
