Together we strive to build on the outstanding reputation that our exceptional role models established. We are forever fueled by the same passion and dedication that our family has made its habit for the last 90 years. Our grandfather began our legacy back in 1927, when he founded a commercial and industrial real estate company, Northern Builders, that is still thriving today under the leadership of our father and our uncle. Our brother is also an active contributor to the company. They say that beside every great man stands a great woman — each of our grandmothers carved out successful commercial and residential real estate businesses of their own. You would not be wrong to say that real estate is very much in our blood.
As sisters as well as colleagues, we each bring specific skill sets to each transaction. Lisa’s organizational and leadership skills, her calm and confidence in guiding clients through the transaction process, and her natural ability to adapt to the individual and changing needs of clients has proven to be not only necessary but something that the teams’ clients have learned to depend on.
Julie’s financial industry background has paved the way for our analytical, transactional and edge in negotiation advocating for our clients highest and best outcome. Together, our seamless interaction with one another and our clients has created a book of business that has complimented the generations that have come before us.
