FLM - Describe your journey from being the owner of Meredith Marks Jewelry line to becoming a cast member on the RHOSLC.
MM- I have immense passion for jewelry and I was fortunate enough to make it my career! I opened my first Meredith Marks boutique a couple years ago on Main Street in Park City. We had lived in Park City for a few years full time and then we were living between Park City and Chicago. I was approached by one of the owners of Handle, one of my favorite restaurant’s in Park City. She told me that her husband’s best friend from college worked for a production company that was looking to do a reality show in Utah and asked if I would speak with them. And that is how it all started! #Blessed
FLM - Explain how you are leveraging your exposure on the show to help grow your Meredith Marks Jewelry business.
MM - Housewives opens up a lot of doors. We obviously get much more press and exposure for our lives and businesses. I have created some lower price point products in conjunction with the show so that everyone can own something Meredith Marks. I also have many people reaching out to me for a variety of collaborations etc.
FLM - Since the show has aired compare how friends or acquaintances interact with you differently now versus before you were a cast member.
MM - Nothing has changed with my closest friends. I have heard from many acquaintances that I had not communicated with for a long time. Other than that, and being recognized in public places, things are pretty normal!
