Today marks a week since my arrival in Spain. "You'll love being abroad:" A sentiment friends and family informed me of countless times but never explained. I wasn't sure exactly what they meant, so to be honest, I pictured myself wandering around Spain with a sappy smile on my face, content each moment of everyday. Yes, there was cartoon music playing in the background. O course, I knew this couldn't be what they meant, but it was the image I held in my mind as I stepped onto the plane. So, for the next four months I will be writing to you from Spain. I'm not entirely sure what adventures these four months hold, but I am certainly excited to find out and share them with you.
