4 Strategies to Welcoming a NEW YOU in the NEW YEAR
4 Strategies to Welcoming a NEW YOU in the NEW YEAR

T
he holiday season
triggers so many
emotions for different people.
Some can’t wait to gather with family, enjoy holiday traditions, decorate their homes, have time off work, get into the season of giving, and spread Christmas cheer.
While others experience the holiday blues, remembering the loss of loved ones, the tension of family gatherings, the stress of finances and overspending, or feeling lonely as the year comes to an end.
This holiday season no matter who you are, what you have gone through, whether you are alone or with family, I encourage you to pause, pray, and have patience.
The remainder of this month offers you an opportunity for emotional healing, reflecting, intentional letting go of the past, and creating space for new beginnings in 2026. This means being still, going within and getting clear about what excites you, what draws you, and what you truly want for yourself as you begin the start of a new cycle of life.
Life comes in cycles and the close of 2025 is the end of a 9-year karmic cycle. In numerology, the number 9 symbolizes completion, closure, and releasing.
To support your closure, I would like to offer four strategies to surrender to the process of shedding the old self and creating a new identity that is aligned with your soul’s highest timeline as you unfold into 2026.
