7.The new belief is strengthened and affirmed by new experiences and synchronicities of the change you desire. Look for validation that your new belief is shifting how you experience yourself. For example, look for changes in your appetite, your food choices, your desire for movement, the change in how your clothes fit, the change in how people look at you, the compliments people give, the way you feel, and so on. Seek with expectancy experiences of the new you manifesting.
