Everyday movement allows your energetic body to ignite and gets your creative juices flowing. Energy is movement, so once you move your body, you will have the energy to act.

Every human is wired for love. Our primary instinct to survive is dependent on our need to connect for protection. As you evolve, giving and receiving love is your ultimate purpose. When you show yourself love, it becomes easier to show others you love them.
4. Make Relationships Your Priority
We experience ourselves in relation to others. Our relationships reflect ourselves. Although we are on individual journeys of spiritual growth, when we connect with others who support us, our lives are filled with meaning and abundance.
5. Make Respect Your Bond
Self-respect means you will not allow others to mistreat you and you will not mistreat others. You accept that you are worthy and deserving of Love.
