HYDRATE. The human body is made of 60% water. Dry conditions may pull moisture out, leaving behind dehydrated skin and chapped lips. Running a humidifier can help prevent dehydration and dryness. The added moisture in the air may help improve your dry or itchy skin, peeling or chapped lips and dry eye irritation. I suggest using a tabletop humidifier close to the bed to receive 8 hours of optimal moisture while you are sleeping.
EXFOLIATE. Exfoliating the body with exfoliating gloves is key. They will last you up to a year and they can be thrown in the wash. We shed 9 pounds of dead skin a year, so you can help the process by exfoliating daily. After you dry off add coconut oil to your body. Coconut oil is rich in fatty acids and acts as a great natural body moisturizer. A little bit goes a long way and your dull skin will be glowing in your holiday photos!
