Practice Gratitude

You: Sincere gratitude for everything in your life automatically calls attention to the highlights of your being. Examples of this could be noticing the beauty around you like a beautiful crisp, white layer of snow on the branches of the trees or the wreaths and lights around town and on houses. When you appreciate beauty, you raise your frequency and this has a positive impact on your mood. Practice gratitude for all you have, a warm coat, a roof over your head, a family that cares about you, friends, the ability to move your body, the list is endless. The key here is to be in an active and lively gratitude practice as you go about this busy season. The best way to begin is to ask yourself as you go throughout the day, the simple question, “What am I grateful for?”
