Forgiveness is choosing to let go of emotional strongholds because they are toxic and perpetuate negative beliefs about ourselves. Most of us have been programmed to believe that we are not good enough, not worthy and not deserving. We become attached to these self-defeating and self-degrading stories about ourselves that we have been taught from others and it becomes our narrative. We often don’t realize that we are the author of our story and we have the power to choose to change the narrative about who we are and how we want to be and live - this is the essence and empowerment of
FREE WILL. That means that we are the only ones that can create our reality, moment by moment. No one knows your journey or can envision your destination from your unique lens. Compassion for self is stepping into your power
and letting go of what does not
serve you or causes you to feel less than the God or Goddess you are created to be.
Forgiveness is Compassion for Self because what you believe feel about yourself is most important. Speaking kind and loving words to ourselves is essential for healing. Forgiveness is accepting that human beings are imperfect, and we require unconditional love to grow to our fullest potential. Having compassion for self is understanding that the human journey called life can be challenging, life-changing and transformational all at the same
