Your practice, Vivid Smiles, has such a positive name—what inspired it, and what does it represent to you?
The name of our business was inspired by my partner's family business and aligned perfectly with our branding. For me, it represents empowering my patients with the confidence to smile big and feel vibrant through the care they receive.
Being a business owner and a mom of three is no small feat—how do you balance both roles while staying present in each?
It’s definitely a challenge, but I rely on strong personal and professional relationships. My business partner, Rama, and I balance each other well, and at home, my husband Zac and I share responsibilities to support one another. We prioritize time with our kids and aim to be fully present whenever we’re together.
What brought you to Chicago, and what made you decide to plant your roots there long-term?
My husband's career brought us to Chicago in 2018, not knowing if it would be permanent. After forging deep friendships, starting our family and developing a community of people we truly care about, we knew this was home. Opening my practice here solidified that decision.
