The elite Italian supercar manufacturer has announced its very first residential development project coming to the North Bay Village neighborhood of Miami. The founder and CEO of Pagani Automobili,
Horacio Pagani envisions a synergistic marriage between Pagani's meticulous design ethos and
Miami's vibrant lifestyle. The aim is to provide residents with a similar thrill to driving a Pagani hypercar.
This will be a boutique super luxury building 28 stories high by developer Riviera Horizons. Offerings will include two to four bedrooms from 2,000 to 3,200 square feet and 6,900 square feet for penthouses. The building is being designed by the Miami firm, Revuelta Architecture and interiors by Pagani Arte. Delivery is expected to be in 2027.
