She took the initiative to get started and what resulted was more creative ideas. "I want to do cooking classes for single people, outings for couples to rekindle romance over food, influencer events for people with a large following who are about giving back to community, and Living Fresh Market is already talking about doing some health & wellness demos for those with preexisting conditions like high blood pressure and diabetes," Bankert described. "The grocery store is a place where we can foster unity and connection. We all need to eat! Food brings people together, and we need togetherness as much as we need a great meal”.
