Ranked one of the best places to live in the world in 2018, Vienna upholds smart, sophisticated, and conservative fashion trends. Shop for independent brands on Vienna’s “Lindengasse Fashion Mile.” Local designer shops are featured in Neubaugasse and Kirchengasse in the creative district of Neubau in Vienna. Look for designer brands and luxury shopping in the Goldenes Quartier, Graben Street, Kohlmarkt Street, and many other areas in Vienna.
7. Delhi, India - Bargain at local shops or on the street, then splurge on designer brands all in one city.
