Rule No. 3

The mind learns by repetition. “Repetition Builds Retention.” The mind responds to words, pictures, and music. Make what you want familiar by repeating your words, singing your words, and replaying the images in your mind. Often people think change is hard and takes a long time. The truth is that change is easy once you decide what you want. When you tell your mind exactly what you want to experience and how you want to feel, and you repeat it daily for more than 30 days consistently, it changes our brain and recodes our program. If you hit a roadblock, say the words, "I could do this___, but I am choosing to do this___. I am choosing to feel good about it." Making something familiar requires repetition. Create a song or a mantra of self-praise and sing it daily. My favorite mantra is "Everything is always working out for my highest good no matter what."

Remember how you experience yourself is a direct result of the words you use to speak to yourself and the images you create in your mind. If you follow these 3 easy rules, you will begin to experience more of what you want. Self-praise is a game changer and learning to effectively communicate with your mind is a life changer.
