Communication is so important. In the beginning you do want to let your partner know what you want and need from them. If you don’t speak up, then your partner is left in the dark wondering what it is you need from them. There is a lot of miscommunication that happens when you assume someone knows what you want or need from them. For example: Your new date doesn’t ask you out weekly, but you really want to see them. Be open and transparent about your desire to see them, don’t be scared to put yourself out there. If the person is into you, they will appreciate that you want to see them weekly and that you’re being honest with them.
