Charnwood Care Home
Charnwood Care Home is situated in Much Dewchurch, only 6 miles from the city of
Hereford and 8 miles from Ross on Wye. The property sits in the heart of this idyllic
rural village, offering accessibility in a peaceful seng.
The tastefully furnished Edwardian house has been recently refurbished and expanded,
restoring many of its original features while allowing us to offer large, ground-floor ensuite rooms. Residents may also enjoy the outdoors in Charnwood’s beauful gardens
and summer house. Day-care is offered as well as respite, where residents can join in a
number of acvies, have lunch, or visit the onsite hairdresser.
Due to its unique locaon and atmosphere, Charnwood House has become a popular
choice for both the local and wider communies.
We are pleased to be able to welcome up to seventeen residents.
Most of the rooms are en-suite and benefit from the comforts of a TV, as well as nurse
call system. Furnished to the highest standard, many enjoy breathtaking views of the
Herefordshire countryside, and the gardens. Where possible residents are encouraged,
to bring with them favoured pieces of furniture. Residents are given the opportunity to
have a key to their room, where post is delivered daily.
