Hereford couple, Lou and Mandy Haines proved to
be the tops with a driver when they competed in the
annual Hereford Lions Club charity golf tournament
at Herefordshire Golf Club, Wormsley on August 1.
Lou won the prize for the longest drive in the over
55 years old category whilst Mandy won the same
prize for the under 55’s, beating all the men. They
are both members at Burghill and were competing in
the foursome with Dan Daniels and Rob Smith, and
got their names on the leader board as fourth placed
team on 96.
